Prices in the Palm Beach Gardens' community of Frenchmans Landing have stabilized and are beginning to increase through 2010 compared with 2009. This is becoming more common in many of the older Palm Beach Gardens neighborhoods, in part because there are few, if any short sales or foreclosures on the market in these areas. Frenchmans Landing has just 222 homes in the community, most built in the 1980's. There are three and four bedroom homes at Frenchmans Landing with most priced in the $300,000's and $400,000's  It has a fabulous location, sitting along Prosperity Farms Road just south of Hood Road, close to major shopping and to the beach. The Palm Beach Gardens community of Frenchmens Landing is seeing a measurable increase in home prices  in the first half of 2010 compared to prices in 2009.  While not yet reaching the prices seen in 2008, this is a community where prices may have bottomed and started moving higher.
