Harbour Isles Estates a North Palm Beach Waterfront home for sale in Harbour Isles under $3M is an excellent buy. Most Waterfront Properties in Harbour Isles are in the $3M to $5M range. I guess in this real estate homes are selling for less, even with the interest rate coming down by 1/2 point. Now is the time to buy real estate. Luxury Homes Florida and Golf Club Communities like BallenIsles are not effective by the interest rate because most of these buyers are cash buyers. 09/22/2007

North Palm Beach Waterfront real estate market is picking up. In Prosperity Harbor and Harbour Isles Estate homes are selling in the $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 range. It looks like people with money aren't affected by the real estate in Florida when buying Waterfront Properties.
