A three bedroom unit on the “01” line sold for $6.5 million which based on MLS data, sold for $1629 per square foot.  Next a two bedroom penthouse unit sold for $3.7 million, based on MLS square footage sold for $1694 per square foot. What does this mean? Compared to the rest of the properties in the South of Fifth area in my opinion Murano Grande has a great value and probably some of the best values still in the South of Fifth neighborhood.
