I love many different styles of food, and I often get a craving for Vietnamese food. I love the sauces and the different play on many traditional Asian delights. I must also admit that I have yet to find a really good Vietnamese noodle house on the Space Coast! With that in mind I recently stopped at Pho Cali Vietnamese Noodle House on Wickham Rd in Melbourne, FL (the location is a mile or so south of Eau Gallie Blvd on the west side of Wickham).  The good news here: They certainly do not scrimp on portion size or options. Since Melbourne, FL is a beachside town, visitors expect us to have great seafood. We have quite a few really good pizza places in the Melbourne area. I was told by a couple of my clients that I needed to try Slices at 3760 W Eau Gallie Blvd Ste 101 Melbourne, FL 32934.First: the location is not ideal for a restaurant in the Melbourne, FL area, not real close to large population areas. The old Coral Bay Restaurant property on US 1 in Melbourne will be developed into a seven-story resort hotel with a national chain restaurant (possibly Bahama Breeze) that will have an outdoor dining area. There will also be two smaller restaurants (possibly Chipotle and Starbucks) and an 81-slip marina.This new project will be called the Riverwalk Marina complex with a projected cost of between $25 million to $30 million. Today is the day I move into my new Downtown Melbourne, FL office. I love the wonderful central location. It is close to everything. As I was searching I determined that I needed to have certain requirements for the office. 1. Stay off the beachside (too far from many parts of the area). 2. I wanted to be in a "destination area"  A place potential buyers and sellers would go all year long. Downtown has many festivals, restaurants and shops.3.
