Saturday`s are always a busy day for our company.Our agents are running around all day with clients.Yesterday, we had two investors walk into our office,they purchased a home and completed rehab.They wanted us to give them an opinion on what to sell the home.They purchased the home for $189,000 and wanted to resell the home for $279,000. Majority of homes in Margate, Florida sell between $180-$235,000. It was our opinion the price was too high for the neighborhood.They proposed I stop "Everything I was doing" and give them a professional opinion. Two days ago I received a call from a FSBO who explained to me that they`re selling their home located in Margate,Florida. They decided after weeks of attempting to sell their home  it wasn`t working out. They decided that "listing" with an agent was a better option.  We started discussing the home and while were talking I start pulling the home up on the MLS tax rolls.
