Here on Marco Island we have some unique and not so unique terminology on our MLS and in our community.  I get asked a lot about this, so I thought I would review a few terms:Water Direct and Water Indirect when referring to waterfront Property.  The main difference here is do you need to go under a bridge or not?  Direct means no, indirect yes.  This is really only important to those who have sail boats and mega yachts...Turnkey and Furnished.  Turnkey means that linens, pots, pans and dishes are included.  All you need to do is bring your suitcase...  HB - The property is in Hideaway Beach which is a private gated communityGO - The property is on a golf courseMICA - Marco Island Civic Association where residents can get their beach pass http://www.marcocivic.com/   This information is...

The square footage of the units is in the 700 to 800 foot range.
