Last August, the property was listed at $6.2 million and Rosie O'Donnell was all set to purchase the intracoastal home on the southern tip of the island. All was looking good until the unfortunate incident on August 19th of last year.Since then Rosie canceled her purchase contract and bought a home in the Sarasota area.
