Well it has been a few days since my last post and I am back with some views from the front lines.  In the last week or so, the referrals for loan modification/short sales/distressed homeowners have been brisk.  I know, I asked for it and what I got was pretty scary yet hopeful. There are so many homeowners on the edge of the cliff and some of them will undoubtably fall over.  My analogy of the cliff is symbolic of foreclosure!!!  The devil in the market.  The reason I say this is because foreclosures (bank owned properties) are destroying home values around the country.  Banks have absolutely no interest in holding a home for any longer than it has to.   This means doing a BPO and then pricing the property below this figure.  Guess what, in my area (Jupiter, Juno, Palm Beach Gardens), ... 03/17/2009
