How is everyone dealing with this incredible heat?  I have to say, want to lose weight real fast?  Just work outside for a couple of hours. I thought I would detail my boat today and I started at 9:30 trying to beat the heat sort of. Came in at 2:00 PM and I think I shed 10 lbs.  A gallon of gatorade, a gallon of water, and a dip in the pool was all required just to cool down to a reasonable level. And I'm a native Floridian and I'm actually used to this, but 105 heat factor is just too much for anyone. I feel for all my friends in the North and Northeast that have never seen these kind of temps. How is everyone dealing with this heat in your various parts of the country?
