Florida's intercoastal waterway between Largo and Indian Shores is a beautiful place to live! As you can see from the photos below, you can find simple homes as well as multimillion dollar homes along this waterway. After working in our renovation house in Imperial Point today we broke for a late lunch along the intercoastal and since it was a beautiful day, I took advantage of the weather and shot a few photos. Congratulations to the town Indian Shores Pinellas County. The "wire" project is finally finished. The construction was a hassle but it is all worth it. All the wires that the wooden posts used to hold are underground on Gulf BLVD. This is a fantastic example and I hope that all other barrier Island cities will follow soon. Not only does it look much nicer, but it is so much safer and especially when I storm hits. Something that should have been done a long time ago.
