Gainesville Florida Real Estate Market Report for Single Family Homes Sold – May  2013.  Here are the statistics for Gainesville Florida single family homes real estate market for March, April and May 2013.   These stats are pulled from the Gainesville-Alachua County MLS. This chart below shows you the number of CLOSED SALES for the last three months.   Also the relationship of days on the average market (DOM) , and the current PENDING SALES. This chart below provides a graph as the number of ACTIVE LISTINGS in the Gainesville Florida Multiple Listing Service for this same three month period.  The month of May 2013 shows the total active listings has increase in May.  Pending Sales show another increase for May, and in my opinion, our market is heating up.   The (DOM) Days on the Market...

Another New Year's Eve at our home was warm & comforting.  A great meal and a home full of love is what we are thankful for.  I rang in the New Year watching New Year's Rocking Eve on TV with the 2 kitties sleeping on the couch.   I am very grateful for making it through another year.   My real estate business was good.  My son is happy in college. My home was built in 1982, and we bought this home in 1995.   We've taken our time getting each bathroom updated over that last couple of years.
