I pass by this place all the time as we frequent to the restaurants and shops in downtown delray beach and I thought I would stop in.  My in-laws are planning on moving from manhattan to boca or delray and are looking for a luxury rental building within walking distance of shoppes and restaurants.  Worthing Place has an amazing location.  It was perfect.  The staff was very courteous.  The leasing consultant was very nice and showed me around, but when she showed me the model, how disappointing.  It has plush carpet and very inexpensive finishings.  I thought I would see wood flooring and much nicer finishes.  Maybe I am spoiled, but if you are spending $3000 a month on a 2 bedroom plus den apartment not on water I would think you would get a little but nicer place.  Oh well, great loca... 09/08/2010
