Delray Beach Jaywalking Law is Being Enforced!   As the popularity of Delray Beach ( Atlantic Avenue in particular)  has increased, automobile traffic isn’t the only thing that has increased. Cyclists and pedestrians!   Mix in our drivers and yes, accidents could happen. The city has been offering warnings, trying to educate the public about pedestrian safety.
