There are 14 units for sale in this centrally located oceanfront condo-hotel. Comparing it to other condo-hotel, it does pretty well. The resort is in good shape both physically and financially.Surprisingly they are doing even better than some condo-hotels, that used to be a level or two better and had better clientele. Fountain beach Resort moved up and some of their competitors went down.It is a tricky business, and making predictions here is nearly impossible. Wyse Report: May Condo Sales Steady Condo sales around the greater Daytona Beach area rose marginally year over year as prices dipped marginally. Pendleton Club Condominium is a riverfront (Intracoastal) condominium building. One of the first condos not only in Daytona Beach, but also in Florida. I am pulling single-family attached homes in a particular area. I have a limit on price, so only 3 pop up on our MLS.Out of 3 supposedly townhomes, 2 are actually condos. Fountain Beach Resort seems to be enjoying the stability, and this is not all condo-hotels have at this point. There seems to be more activity behind the scenes in The Plaza Resort & Spa, that what we can see on the surface.Looks like timing is in Plaza’s favor, tourism in Central Florida is on the rise, and they might be on the brink of finally making some sense and break even, as being in the red financially for the last couple of years did not make owners happy.To the point, that there are owners who are suing the current owner of commercial space and 100 unsold units Arbor Capital and the Rental Management company, Boykin, chosen by Arbor capital.
