2013 4th Annual Daytona Blues Festival October 11-13 in Daytona Beach Florida The 2013 Daytona Beach Blues Festival is scheduled this year on Friday, October 11th through Sunday the 13th 2013.  There will be the usual pre-festival welcome party on Thursday, October 10th, 2013.
