What an end to the month of October! Business has really picked up. 3 of my listings had Short Sales approved in the last 2 weeks. While the negotiations can be lengthy and difficult, it is an area I am quite comfortable working in. In football, games are won and lost in the final quarter, sometimes down to the last minute. It's only too late to resolve an issue when you run out of time.
