25th Anniversary Daytona Spring Turkey Run The Daytona Spring Turkey Run March 28-30 2014!! The Daytona Beach Racing District and Daytona Beach Street Rods have teamed up to present the 25th year of the Daytona Spring Turkey Run in the same format as the Thanksgiving Turkey Run! This should be a terrific display of cars from old classics to street rods. This is the third year the show is named the Spring Turkey Run, for 22 years it has been the Spring Car Show. The Daytona Spring Turkey Run will March 28-30 2014 in the infield at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach Florida. 56th Daytona 500 February 23, 2014 at 1:00PM   U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will perform  the flyover for the 56th Annual Daytona 500. The world-renowned U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will provide race fans with the flyover during the National Anthem for the 56th annual Daytona 500.   The action and fun will begin at 11 A.M. when the pre-race show gets underway featuring live entertainment.      Grand Marshall for the 2014 Daytona 500 is All Pro NFL Linebacker Ray Lewis will deliver the command for drivers to start their engines.     The 56th Daytona 500 begins at 1:00 PM on the 23rd of February. Daytona Preseason Thunder Fan Fest  2014   Daytona Preseason Thunder Fan Fest 2014 is scheduled for January 9-10, 2014. Festivities include autograph sessions, driver question and answer sessions, show cars and displays, music, a photo opportunity with the 2012 Harley J. The Roar Before the 24!!            The Roar Before the Rolex 24 welcomes race fans to enjoy guided garage tours, tech talks, fan forums. 40th Annual Daytona Turkey Run   Every Thanksgiving Daytona Beach holds the Annual Turkey Run. It is a 4 day custom car show and swap meet.  The Show attracts nearly 5,000 registered vehicles, and is one of the largest participant based shows in the United States.  You will see everything from new, old, and in between.  November 28 to December 1, 2013. The event is open daily from 8AM to 4PM Thursday to Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 2PM  on Thanksgiving weekend.
