Often times condo rules do not allow MLS locks, and listing agents have to either provide keys or come and open the condos for showings. This is the case for me with a beautiful two-bedroom/ two baths fully remodeled condo in Oceans Seven Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores. 5-6 showings a week give me enough opportunity to watch buyers’ agents in action.
