In the past few weeks the amount of available Davie homes for sale has dropped. Davie real estate  under 300,000  is almost impossible to find and even if you can find one, they are hard to get. Other price points are low as well. I listed a townhome for sale in Davie a few weeks ago.  It was on the market for less than 2 hours before the show requests started pouring in. Needless to say, it sold for over asking price in 2 days. A single family home in the Shenandoah in Davie  I listed and priced under $350,000 went with mutliple offers in less than a week. My 2 homes for sale in Imagination Farms in Davie priced in the $600,000 to $800,000 range went quickly as well. I'm so tired of constantly worrying about my google ranking!  Over the years, I have had top placement for Davie Realtor and low placement...yet my business has continued to grow--no matter the ranking. I have spent so many hours worrying about linking, fresh content, relevant content etc.... I'm to the point where I would much rather just write a check to google ad words each month. It's easier and I really do think I get the same results.  I want to hear from other active rain users about their experiences with PPC vs Organic.

This past week I have listed 5 homes for sale in Davie, FL. I see the Davie Real Estate Market picking up and inventory is starting to grow.  From the Davie Luxury Market to the  Davie single family homes, prices are starting to level off and buyers are willing to pay fair market value. As a Davie Realtor, I am glad to see a more balanced market. HUD Makes HECM for Purchase Available In Texas Weeks after the citizens of Texas voted to amend the state's constitution to allow older citizens, 62 years of age and older, the ability to obtain a HECM for Purchase (or Reverse Purchase), the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association has announced, just in time for the New Year, that the loan is finally available in Texas. According to an article published in Reverse Mortgage Daily, this approval makes Texas the last state to allow its citizens ability to obtain a Reverse Purchase. While they may have been behind on the times for a while, it seems Texas has finally caught up. While the amount of seniors who will use the Reverse Purchase has yet to be determined, it's important that they have the option available should they ever want...
