I don`t know maybe it`s me. It seems that every other Realtor is busy "pumping" another MLM product. Everyday i`m bombarded with calls,texts and emails regarding the "Next Get Rich Scheme" that I must be involved in to supplement my Real Estate career. Where did all the ActiveKEYs go?      They must have married all the Supra Lock boxes and relocated somewhere North of South Florida! That is the only reasonable explanation for their disappearance since the alternative is too scary for me to think about! More and more combination lock boxes   are  showing up on homes for sale and I cannot help but wonder if that is because Realtors are not paying the annual fee required to maintain the electronic ActiveKEY. Combination lock boxes are outdated, unsafe and not professional! I work the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach areas and it is old news that Miami-Dade Realtors refuse to use the Supra technology and that a home for sale in Miami with a Supra lock box on it will see no showings. My friend calls me in the middle of the day asking me if I can take her to the ‘English' store to buy her boyfriend something British.
