Homes for sale in Weston, Davie and Plantation are selling fast. Good old fashioned "regular sales" that are clean and fairly updated are not staying on the market for long. Most buyers have become accustomed to the huge inventory and the long sell times for homes.  They still think that they can take their time on making a decision if they find a home that meets their needs. Most of my buyers are surprised to find the list of homes that are ready to move into, priced well and in good schools districts are not easy to find. The ones that do come on the market, in many cases are lasting less than 2 weeks and often have multiple offers. Of course this depends on how well priced. Over the past few years, since our market shift, homes have been sitting on the market for months. Most of these homes are either in poor condition or over priced by the sellers. The last few listing I have had in Poinciana Parc, Riverstone and Imagination Farms, that were in good condition and priced right, went with multiple offers in a few days to a few weeks.  The buyers are out there and they are willing to pay market value for a "move in ready" home.  Especially after they have toured some other "short sale" or "bank owned" listings that are dirty and in need of repair.
