  Hi folks. Short Sales DO get approved. It just takes patience, organization and negotiating skills. In the last 7 days the following lenders have issued approvals for our Florida Short Sales. Orlando Florida Short Sale with Bank of America     Property sold for $127,000. The amount owed Bank of America is $200,000 on the first and $38,000 on the 2nd. The 1st agreed to $109,894 (55%) the 2nd $3,000 (8%). The property was listed in March 2010. Bank of America denied a contract of $130,000 in April. This week they accepted $127,000!! Hi folks. I received a very interesting email today. Here it is:Bryant,I'm English, live in China, and have NO USA contact except I own an investment home in Davenport. Loan is 220k, worth maybe mid-100's. Do I walk (non-recourse…remember, I’m in China!) or short sell? Appreciate your advice..Interesting question to say the least. And honestly I’m not sure how to respond. Originally Posted at: www.ThePinkFlamingo.info I'm not one to talk about hype or anything like that but I felt compelled to write this post for those of you who may be considering purchasing a bank owned townhouse in Regal Palms but may be hesitating or waiting for prices to drop even more.  I have spent the past two weeks showing property almost everyday in Regal Palms and the past year watching the Regal Palms pricing and market, I can finally say that now is the time to buy in Regal Palms.  The bank owned properties are reaching all time lows in the 60K range.  Most of the bank owned townhouses in Regal Palms that are coming on the market are the smaller floorplans (1400 sq ft) and they aren't flying off the shelf (but are still selling).  It's the larger floorplans (1800-2000 sq ft)...
