Scrolling through my old blog posts, I noticed a post I did on December 28, 2012 titled Susan's Landing Clermont Florida. I thought I would give a current market update for the Susan's Landing neighborhood.  Susan's Landing has a HOA Fee of $200-$400 per quarter (I've see that the fees range depending on the property). This HOA Fee includes the following: Community Boat Ramp, Dock, Gated Community, Storage and Lake Access.   As of today, there has been one house sold in Susan's Landing in 2015. The house that sold was a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home with 1,976 square feet. The sold price was $235,000. There are currently two homes for sale in Susan's Landing. It's that time of year again in Clermont Florida. It's hot and the sun is shining bright. You have your towel, your sun screen and are ready to go. While reviewing the list, I noticed that quite a few of the places have closed down and quite a few new ones have popped up.
