For those of you out there that are looking to rent in the Brickell/Downtown area you really need to take a look at this new high rise that just came into the picture.  The Ivy is a riverfront high rise condo of 45 floors.  It is in a gated community with 2  other brand new buildings (Wind by Neo & Mint), the fourth building project was canceled.
