How LOW can we go? That seems to be the most popular real estate question I hear on a daily basis. Neighbors, friends, newspapers, realtors, mortgage people and even the cashier at the grocery store ask now. Pending foreclosures are coming, adjustable rates are coming due. Banks have changed the lending policies and aren't making loans or even refinancing. Palm beach County real estate seems to be 20% off the highs and the properties still sit and sit and sit. Is it 30% or 40%?..........
