I've posted recently about the Grand Opening event for our new downtown Boca Raton office. Let me tell you - renovating an office is not for the faint of heart. It all started when we took over a space that not exactly functional. It's location is prime - with a corner bay in a busy upscale retail plaza, and exposure to both Federal Highway (main thoroughfare for those that don't know South Florida) and exposure when people pull into the plaza, however it was one large space with no real floor plan.
