2012 might be year of the short sale in Pensacola, Pace and Gulf Breeze According to a year-end report released last week by Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac, about 22 percent of sales statewide in 2011 were of homes in foreclosure or short sale. The report measured all deed transactions, not just Realtor sales, said company spokesman Daren Blomquist. Let the Vacation begin, today we arrived in Orlando Florida and thanks to a very generous sister in law we had reservations at the Parkway International Resort. Front desk folk very nice and not too pushy on the resort selling deal, rooms were really nice, efficiency and really cool two bedrooms and a guest pad to house six but we could have easily gotten 10 in there. The best compliment from me is to say a place has clean rooms because if they don’t I’m leaving, convenience to malls and attractions and shops.
