2016 Cost vs. Value Report by Remodeling Magazine.The 2016 edition of Cost vs. Value Report by Remodeling Magazine is out and it shows that there is a slight gain in remodeling project’s payback with an average of 64.4% of a projects cost getting recouped if the home sells in one year. The report compares the average cost of 30 popular remodeling projects against the value of those projects at resale in 100 US markets. Connecticut BBQ Korean Pork & Pineapple with More Summer Recipes Below.It is always nice to try something new and here is a favorite recipe that works well in the summer with pork or chicken. Cut two to three pounds of pork butt or shoulder (or boneless chicken) into one inch cubes. Cut pineapple into same size cubes.Make marinade by combining all ingredients below.
