Renaissance Place discussion continued

I was reading the newspaper this morning and the three mayoral candidates answered questions at a Chamber of Commerce sponsored debate about their candidacies. The central issue again was Renaissance Place. Democrat Curt Bosco was criticized for his change of position since supporting the project in 2005. As I mentioned previously Bosco does not support the project at present but has vowed to support the project if the voters approve it at referendum. This position drew criticism from republican Mike Bronko who asked how Bosco could change his position if he doesn't support the project now. Petitioning candidate Peter Jurzynski indicated that he has never supported the project and lauded his consistency. I notice there is a lot of activity around town by those on both sides of the issue...
