This post was to have been another post to get support for Katie Stevens for her American Idol dream. Unfortunately, Katie was voted off last week along with fellow contestant Andy Garcia. I can't say that I was surprised that Andy got voted off, but Katie was somewhat of a shock. While on the Today Show this morning, they both  acknowledged that they will be doing albums, but neither spoke beyond that so something must be in the works. Any Garcia, also mentioned that he and current contestant Lee Dewyze would be getting together for some type of collaborating. They will both be on tour this summer with the final 10 contestants from American Idol.   The ride for Katie Stevens of Middlebury Ct is over. On tonight's show, Katie was one of the two finalists to be eliminated. I don't understand how, as both my weife and I sent in over 500 votes ourselves last night. Even Ryan Seacrest, with his pronouncement, just before announcing Katie's name slipped and said that the group were not in the bottom 3 of the vote getting. If that's the case, I don't know how she was eliminated, except for maybe one of the judges having a penultimate vote to himself. Is that possible Simon?
