MESA COUNTY COLORADO REAL ESTATE UPDATE NOVEMBER 2014 Information provided courtesy of Land Title Guarantee Company tells us that total real estate sales in Mesa County for Year to Date as compared to the same period last year is up 4.71% at a total sales volume of $719,467,433.  Total sales volume for November of 2014 were at $58,343.192 which is down 1.4% from the volume of $59,169,226 for November of 2013.  The average residential sales price in November of 2014 was $220,922 with an average YTD residential sales price of $213,191.  The median price for residential purchases for November of 2014 is down from that of October at $181,300 with a YTD median price of $199,400.   Total transactions in November were 272 which is nearly 9% higher than November of 2013 and total YTD transactio...
