So today we took a road trip to Salida Colorado. It was a beautiful drive before the storm and I had a great time talking with my father about the history of that area. When we decided, it was time to eat we stopped by a place called Highway 50 Burger. It was amazing! I had the Fifty Burger and it was delicious also they had one of the best milkshakes ever! I don’t get over that way too often but I think when I go that direction and am hungry I am going to stop in there. It is so convenient right off Highway 50!

Who took my Salida Real Estate Market Crystal Ball? It is quite annoying when I misplace something like my Real Estate Market crystal ball....Especially when I need to to interpret our market which is NOT marching to the drum of the rest of the nation.  For the past 4 years, markets recovered quickly. Not us. We started slowly 2 years ago and last year, make an 11% jump... fabulous in my book. Now the country is beginning to see signs of a downward shift. Last month I said... Salida Colorado Home Values... Sell now or Later? In many parts of the country, the market is beginning to shift.... either leveling off or declining. Denver CO agents are alarmed.. they only are getting 5 offers on a property instead of 15 and the market time is increasing... from hours to weeks.
