Since Intrawest has been the catalyst for an amazing amount of growth in Grand County already, I thought it might be of interest to see the progress that has already been made on the new base village, due to complete by this December.  I think it is safe to say that no other development has had such a resounding impact on Winter Park Real Estate as Intrawest's management and development of the Winter Park ski Resort. It looks like they've been making the best of the warm weather and have already gone vertical on one half of the village (thankfully covering up the new parking garage).  With this new village I am sure that the "light will go on" for more than just a few vacationers and skiers.  The new village definitely helps to create the "mountain village" ambience that vacationers are... 07/09/2008
