So with all the commentary and opinions regarding guns and gun control flying around, I thought that I would bring a little levity to the subject. In Colorado there is an absolutely lovey little town named Rifle in the Rocky Mountains about 180 miles west of Denver. In Rifle there is a little cafe named Shooters Grill. Now Shooters Grill  has a rather unusual claim to fame. It is perfectly legal, and in fact encouraged, for guests to open carry their firearm into this little eating establishment. For the wait staff, it is almost a job requirement! Spring Break Colorado Style and A Family of Three Enjoying Time Together. My daughter is on spring break this week, so my husband and I did what we could to get some time off together so we could enjoy a few days as a family.   The trip started off pretty well. A spring storm had blessed us with snow just a day before, and we heard rumors of another storm on the way. Heck...we've been hearing rumors of storms all winter, so we didn't care and we headed on down the road for a few days away from home. At this point I wanted Sierra to have her picture taken along the side of the road to show how much snow there actually is. The teenager declined. It wasn't a good picture taking day.
