 I have been looking for a home on several acres, and came across this very cool shot.   Drones are used frequently for acreage properties or properties with views, but have never caught this type of shot.  Not sure what bird this is, but looks fairly large.    I sent this property to one buyer, but they did not want to see it, or I would have had an opportunity to ask the listing agent what bird this was!

  This gorgeous ranch on 5 acres matched these buyers' criteria, with the main floor master, acreage, and a workshop!   The previous buyers terminated within 14 hours of closing, and cannot imagine having that happen! This home was built in 2006, has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and 5,367 total square feet, almost all is finished.  There is a good chance their son and grandchildren will move in someday, and now there is room! The inspection has been completed and awaiting the appraisal.   They are looking forward to closing early in October.

 For quite some time, I have been working with web visitors that have a desire to "get out of the City", and be on some land, not squished into a neighborhood.    About a year and a half ago, these Buyers contacted me, and met them in December.    They went back to California to get their home on the market, then COVID happened.    They recently got their home SOLD, and we found this home for them!     They are thrilled with the "workshop area", and the acreage giving them some space between neighbors.  The RV parking, koi pond and the area were the selling points, along with the workshop. Working with a REALTOR colleague as the listing agent is wonderful, and knowing things will go smoothly.
