These long-term clients are working on merging their family, as mom is feeling like she should not live by herself, and needed to find a home that would accommodate this couple and mom and each have their own living space.  We looked at a few homes, but this one stood out hands down.    There was more room above ground for this couple, and the right amount of space in the walk-out basement for mom.   AND the VIEWS!   It backs to Black Bear Golf Course, and the views are stunning from every floor in the home!    The yard is spacious and this couple has lots of plans! This home has 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and a loft with a 3 car garage built in 2007 by David Weekley.    This multi-generational family are looking forward to a closing in early November.
