Infrastructure improvements are generally great news for a subdivision. Although “Jackson Creek” is currently undergoing some major infrastructure improvements (Baptist Road) it hasn’t necessarily been good news, at least for the real estate market.Last November, El Paso County closed Leather Chaps Dr. for a couple of weeks.
