Over 34 new listing this week. And even more if I included Monday. Since I had updated the video so late in the day, I did not include last monday's updates. Some of depended upon what time of day that the listings got entered into the system. It is a really active market and looks like a great time to buy. Interest rates have been hoveriing just BELOW 5%. I remember obtaining one mortage at 11%. Investment financing is coming back too. Rents appears to be heading up and strong. Get ahold to me to visit about your particular situation!
