Here is the most recent real estate market data for the Southbridge area in Littleton, CO.  The zip code is 80120.  Homes in this area have an average sold price of $319,000.  This compares to around $230,000 for the entire Denver metro area.  Part of the reason the homes are priceier is it is such a desirable area.  It is a very short commute to both the employment areas in both downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center.  Access to the light rail is close by.  The topography also gives a great view of the Rocky Mountains.  The average home is only 123 days on the market.  37 homes have sold in the past year and only 14 are currently on the market.  This leaves a 4.5 months of inventory which is slightly below 6 months which is defined as a balanced market.
