                 If you have ever needed to present information to a lot of people at once you know how hard it can be for everyone to absorb it.  This comes in the form of email campaigns that can have any kind of subject.  Usually this is important content that we want to blast out to our client and tenant bases.  This can be anything from alerting them to industry changes or having them be weary of a freeze coming in and to make sure all hoses are disconnected from the spigots.  Obviously, we don’t send so many emails as to be annoying, but it is frustrating when you do need to convey some piece of information.  For these purposes we use Constant Contact, so we can measure all the user response and see the click rates of the information.                 The problem is increasing your... 11/10/2019

                After the snow this week, it seems like Winter has come early and come hard. The storm this week took over the city and a lot of businesses closed their doors on Tuesday. We had our Highlands Ranch property management office closed Tuesday and Wednesday this week due to the conditions. The streets were hardly plowed, and the tiny temperatures, sometimes getting into the single digits late at night and early in the morning kept everything at a sheet of ice or more. Some people even had trouble getting out of their parking spots out front of their house. The best thing about these winter storms in Colorado, is that it rebounds quite hard in the next few days.
