Archery will begin early next month in Highlands Ranch.  The range in the Backcountry Wilderness area will become open on April 1 and go all the way until October 31, 2018.  The range will be expanded to satisfy calls for 100 meter shot lengths, separate areas for lessons and tournaments, and other large areas to accommodate larger demands.  The expansion will also be able to house a 3D archery range, which is great for practicing on targets that resemble animals or anything besides a bullseye.  Archery classes will be on the calendar in the next few weeks.  We are still a little early before they are posted.  Working in Highlands Ranch property management means we are always ahead of the curve with respect to community events.  But the great thing about that is that you... 03/07/2018

                 The week of spring break is coming up in the next few weeks, and it can be a great time to get your kids in a full day camp before the transition back to school.  The Camp HRCA Full Day Camp will be from March 19-23 and will go 7:30am to 5:30pm.  You can register at the Summer Camp HRCA Registration opens March 14th, and the field trip calendars will be posted in anticipation of the event.  The daily price changes based on your tier.  Members are on the hook for $42, Siblings are $37. Tonight, there is a sweet event for those in Highlands Ranch with special needs children.  The Southridge rec center will be hosting a Therapeutic Recreation Sweetheart Dance for those with special needs and other disabled children.  For anyone ages 16 and older there will be a fun night planned from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the main auditorium.  There are plenty of volunteers on site that have worked with special needs people before and the event will allow them to meet others and have fun for a couple hours.  There will be light refreshments provided, and the event is free.  There will plenty of literature for any other people curious on how to live and help people with special needs.  It can be difficult, but everyone always says that is a rewarding experience.  For anyone looking for any... 02/23/2018

                 We are deep into the Winter Cultural series for Highlands Ranch.  This is one of a last two Winter Cultural Series for the winter in 2018.  Luckily, the shift will focus to Summer and Fall later in the year.  We will touch these subjects once they are closer in proximity.  For a refresher these are always at the Cherry Hills Community Church from 7:00 – 8:00pm.  This one will be featuring the Denver & District Pipe Band and will be February 17th on Saturday.  Of the four series this one has plenty to offer in the way of being totally unique.
