I recently walked my neighborhood to make the residents aware of a website that I had set up for them to get a free Market Snapshot of Buffalo Mesa Home Values and Trends. As I was walking the neighborhood and talking with the residents I became conserned on how many people said, "Oh, I am just renting, but I am concerned because this house is going to go into foreclosure." I came across one lady that said the house that she was renting was going into foreclosure and that the same owner of that house had another house on the same street that was going to go into foreclosure as well.
