We have just completed a new single property website for a listing in Georgetown Square. I love single property sites, they are a great container for all of the important information and media assets we collect on a given listing. We use a custom CMS that allows us to easily add sections that address unique aspects of a property or any concerns that might arise. Additionally, we can use these sites in conjunction with Google Analytics to see what kind of activity we are really getting on a particular site. Here is a link to our newest site Click Here. We have just finished a brand new video for a townhome we have listed for sales in Georgetown Square. Once again we are seeing a lot of success using video online to promote out listings. No matter what the size or price of the home we feel like video is well worth our efforts.
