Market Analysis are as good as the Realtor doing it! Why would I say such a thing? Market Analysis are done with a combination of considerations and if your realtor is inexperienced with those combinations, his sales price number to List your home could look too good to be true and usually are! It's nice to have a Realtor say your home is worth a million, but does anyone else think so?
