31 Days of December Challenge Day 14. Day 14th I drove to work made some Coffee, after that, I did make my usual 25 calls from my data base to generate leads! Wrote an offer on behave of my buyer, travel to buyer office explain the offer, buyer sighed the offer and made a $10k earnest money check, buyer lender faxed me a pre-approval letter. I did submit the offer to the seller agent; I'm keeping my finger cross! In the afternoon I did meet with an Indonesians client, she did not have the credit to buy right now, I think I can help her establish some credit, and within 3 to 4 months, she should be able to buy the American dream!   Thanks.
