Inventory of Homes For Sale at an All Time Low in Centennial CO   The number of ACTIVE single family homes for sale in Centennial Colorado is at an all time low of only 65 homes.  These homes range in price from $265,000 up to $1,499,000.  These numbers do not reflect condos or townhomes in Centennial CO.   As you can see from this historical chart, listings are extremely scarce.    Interest rates are still incredibly low with government loans in the 3’s and conventional loans in the 4’s.  FHA has reduced the monthly mortgage insurance making their loan more affordable.  Rents continue to rise at a very rapid pace.
