On of the most populat neighborhoods for townhomes in Centennial is The Knolls Centennial. Typically we see between 30 and 50 units sell in the area each year. However, this year has seen a marked decline, and the two units on the market are both under contract. The demand for Centennial Townhomes remains extremely high as Buyers continue their struggle to find available homes. We know the tough market is causing a headache for many buyers.  Greenfield is located in Centennial, with a bit of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora.    It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area.   It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular! I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and nice to review the numbers every quarter.   Most months there are just one or two sales, so I do posts for each quarter.   For the quarter, there were five sales, one less than last quarter.    There are NO active listings, all six are pending currently.   For this size of neighborhood, we don't usually see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.     Here is how 3rd Quarter 2020 fared - (7/1/2020 to 9/30/2020)  5 proper...

It is sad when buyers fall in love with a property, then do an inspection, and find the home is a complete lemon.    Even if the Sellers agree to repair all the major components, these buyers still worried about what they would find after moving in!   So, off we went again and found this home quickly, and got in under contract. Having acreage was important, and so was having a workshop, and this home matched their criteria.   The master bedroom is on the main level, 2.52 acres, and a detached garage with a stable on the backside, which these buyers will convert into a complete workshop.   The home is surrounded by homeowners that take pride in homeownership, and a walking trail behind the home. These buyers are looking forward to the day they are given their keys to their new Colorado h...
