  This family just closed on their home in Castlewood Ranch, Castle Rock.    This family is moving into the Denver metro area due to  their job relocating to Denver.    The home was perfect for them the day they viewed it, and never looked back.  There is room to grow, large yard and a basement to finish. You don't always find the home cleaned professionally (when you don't ask for it to be done), and immaculate when Buyers take possession, so it was a joy to see the home so clean.   Also, such thoughtful Sellers!   This note, a special key and flowers were left for these Buyers.          This was a referral from another ActiveRain member (I think the third one now), and nice to be able to do continued business with this REALTOR®.
