Broomfield has many great options for the downsizing baby boomers.  The development of which I would like to speak today is called Gate N Green.  It is for the 55 and over age group.  It was built in several phases between the early 1970's and late 1980's.  The homes there are all ranches with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 car garages.  It's centrally located in Broomfield and very near the local golfcourse.  On the grounds there is an indoor pool to swim in year round, a nice clubhouse to use when the family comes to visit and near open space to go for a nice leisurely walk.
