Black Forest Reserve, is a new subdivision located on the eastern edge of the Black Forest. OK not the "Black Forest" but a part of Colorado Springs called the Black Forest. This region is located to the northeast of Colorado Springs. The name comes from the fact that this is the largest contiguous Ponderosa Pine forest in North America. Black Forest Reserve is a new subdivision on the eastern edge of the Black Forest. This subdivision features 2.5 to 5 acre lots in a secluded, heavily treed setting.
